Starting his career in India, Prateek was called to the Bar Council of Delhi, where he honed his skills in criminal, civil, family, and consumer protection laws. His practice across various district courts, tribunals, and the Delhi High Court instilled in him a diverse and profound understanding of legal procedures and advocacy.
Adding distinction to his career, Prateek graduated with honors from Georgian College, obtaining a Paralegal Graduate Certificate. This certification demonstrates his well-rounded skill set and unwavering dedication to continuously enhancing his legal knowledge within the Canadian legal framework. Following his education in Canada, Prateek completed the requirements set forth by the National Committee on Accreditation and enrolled with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) for the licensing process. This accomplishment further solidifies his credentials as a legal practitioner in Canada.
Before establishing his own practice, Prateek gained invaluable experience working with established law firms and immigration consultants in Ontario, Canada. This hands-on experience allowed him to collaborate with esteemed family lawyers and immigration professionals, ensuring a comprehensive perspective in both family and immigration law. He also gained valuable experience in family, estate, and civil law, which underpins his effective and versatile approach to legal practice.
